MY disrupTOR journey

I've been aware of my life's purpose since my teenage years: to serve others and make a positive impact on the world by challenging the status quo.

Over the past 25 years, I've been incredibly fortunate in my journey as a servant leader and serial social entrepreneur. In 2013, I made a significant shift by dedicating myself full-time to the travel and tourism industry.

Since then, I've embraced the role of a Necessary Disruptor™ with a clear mission: to create and lead innovative sustainable tourism efforts. My commitment extends to sustaining diversity, equity, and inclusion through groundbreaking and transformative initiatives.

As an appointed member of the U.S. Department of Commerce's Travel & Tourism Advisory Board, I proudly represent and advocate for Blacks in the travel and tourism sector. My focus is on creating equitable opportunities for small BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) businesses from underserved communities. It is my mission to educate, equip, and empower them to actively participate and thrive in the global travel and tourism industry.
